How much is shipping?All orders have a standard shipping cost of £5 unless the order is over £50 and then it will be free shipping.

Can I return my order?Yes. For further information please see our refunds and shipping page. This can be found at the bottom of the page.

How do I order personalised chocolate?You can do this by emailing us a picture of what you would like to order and any other relevent information you think we would need to complete this for you. E.g an easter egg with the words 'Happy Easter Millie' on.

Can I collect my order if I am local?Unfortuneatly at this time we are not offering collection of orders.

Can I cancel my order?You can cancel your order if you order has not been packed yet. Once the order has been packed we then cannot stop this order and it will be dispacthed.

Can I order to APO/BFPO/PO BOX addresses?We wouldn't reccommend this as the delivery companies struggle to deliver these due to the high security in the area, please do continue to order to your home address.

I want to send an order to my friend - Can I do this?Yes, you can change the shipping address at checkout however please add in your billing address if you are paying for the order.

Do you do discount codes?Yes. These are posted on the home page when you first visit our site. You can also find these on our social media pages.

What type of payments do you take?Online orders can be purchased using visa debit and credit, mastercard debit and credit and paypal. If you have ordered offline with us via email for perosnalised items, this can be discussed with someone via email for the best option.
