SHIPPING & REFUNDS
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping will cost a standard rate of £5 per order if your order is under £50. If you order over £50 worth of delicious chocolate then your shipping will be free.

All shipping is sent on a standard delivery of 3-5 working days once you have received your dispatch email. Please note in busy periods this can take a little longer to dispatch so please be aware of this before placing your order with us.

REFUND + REPLACEMENT POLICY
We have different policies depending on your situation, please see the below options for further information:

Faulty: If your chocolate has arrived broken please contact us and we will arrange a new order for you, alternatively we can refund you this if preferred. Please state in your email to us if this is the case.
Incorrect item/s: If an order has arrived with an incorrect item in please contact us and we will replace this with the correct item and send you a returns label to return the other item. Alternatively we can refund you for the missing item and send you the returns label to return the incorrect item.
Missing item/s: If you have received your order and something is missing please contact us and we will be able to offer a replacement or refund for this, please state on your email which is the best option for you.
Unwanted item/s: If any items have arrived that you no longer require you can send this back to us and a refund will be issued to you upon its return to us.
